Passion High today for Divine Blessings
Joy comes from peace in the heart.
Focus only on Blessings of joy.
Turning mind to sun light and Joy.
Paradigm of consciousness is within peace grasp.
Soldiers/Police must seise to kill.
Enter Aquarius with no paradigm of war.
Each individual is powerful.
Personal/Individual unwillingness to bring harm will make
negative paradigm impossible.
If your work or beliefs bring harm, you must lay down your weapon. (Judgment is a weapon).
The mind and spirit of a purely intended heart is stronger than any worldly intention.
Turn off the box and seek understanding from the multitudes that have come before you.
Refuse to be scrutinized by your own volition. In other words stop giving up your entire life to be displayed and shared daily on the box.
"How are you feeling?"

"More suggested friends for you"
We must  communicate with each other.
We are powerful individually and massive collectively.
There are many things being said about our new president, I say to all with a peace loving heart that we will hold President Obama So Beloved in our hearts that no matter what possible forces may be working in the Universe,  we will lift him and his family to serve the people. We are individually and collectively that powerful.
In all names of love and positivity and non-violence. We pray.
This is an international prayer.
All Soldiers/Police of all lands. We beseech your heart, body and spirit.
War no more. Refuse to kill. Refuse to be apart of violence.
Individually. 
Chemical and drug/food company employees. We beseech you, lay down your weapons. There is a better way to feed the population.
Lowly and wealthy alike, the money and sense of security you earn is temporal. You are building your own cage.


Paradigm

On January 16, 2008, Tamika Richardson, also known as "meeK" was found guilty of attempted murder.
According to reports artist meeK, became angry with a friend
and decided to kill her own dream to be a published writer and artist.
Details about the murder attempt  are sketchy but
it seems, meeK attempted to suffocate and smother her dream and bury it
while it was still alive. 
No one knows how the dream survived the ordeal, it seems
there was a violent battle inside of meeK,
in which the creativity started to write itself back into
existence even before it was buried. Sources say,
it seemed to be reborn from her tears.
I say it is nothing short of a miracle.
Both the dream and the dreamer are at home working out a compromise.

Works by meeK on exhibit at Atlanta's Apache Cafe

Apache Café, located downtown Atlanta (64 3rd St. ) will host solo art exhibition "Epiphany Rising" by Artist meeK, a multi-medium artist whose graphically enhanced photography will be featured for the month of January. Opening night is January 5th, 7pm thru February 2nd.

Artist meek:  Epiphany Rising is physical evidence of a souls journey.
When I was a young girl, part of my physical education requirement was to climb to the top of the rope and ring the bell. I remember being a little afraid of the height of that rope.  I thought to myself, was ringing the bell or climbing to the top of the rope, the goal?  Maybe climbing to the top of the rope is the goal and the ringing bell is the sound of your achievement."  I know in life there will be many bell ringing situations and for me, having my first solo art exhibition @ Atlanta's renowned Apache Café is definitely a 'bell ringer'.

Just shortly after my arrival to Atlanta last year I came to Apache to perform spoken word and I visualized my art collection on the walls of Apache.  It was a very solid vision. A little over a year later I am here bringing in the New Year with a small victory and a nudge from the Universe to keep going.  This is a true testament that you are where you're supposed to be.  Having this event manifest in my life feels very empowering.

My work is as raw as my personality; deliberately honest & loving. I enjoy capturing beauty, self-love, introspection, sensuality and story telling through imagery.  The nudity in some of the images is generally used to express exposure or revealing vulnerability, not sensuality, a well placed scarf in the right light can be sensual.  Speaking of well-placed and right light, meeK's piece, Saddle Seat, features a simple profile angle of a woman's face with her tongue out. It's just one of the beautiful images that has a story to tell simply with its title.

I'm really hoping that the viewers will take the time to ride my vibe and delve into the deeper messages of the works, and just like my personality, some of it is simply because it's a beautiful thing to see.

Why the title, Epiphany Rising?  The collection is being presented on the eve of the religious Epiphany generally celebrated on January 6th. How appropriate, The 5th Element (meeK's nickname) to reveal another facet of her message on the eve of such a long honored day.  Come Witness, Epiphany Rising.

In the first leg of your journey, many people may not support or even understand your mission.
It is not for them to always will. They are only shining light on their own fears. They are attempting

DO live an empowered life and know that you are capable of having the life you envision for yourself.
DO maintain understanding of universal checks and balance. (Don't freak out if it's not all gravy).
DO count your blessings everyday and you will know that you have nothing to complain about.
DO make good use of time and enjoy the journey.

The journey of your life doesn't end, it keeps moving forward
or at least the moments seem to. So each new moment,
keep pushing for your goals, manifesting the legacy that
is you.

looking to meet friends for coffee, movies, book stores,
book clubs, dog walking park meet ups, bowling,
dating, eating, dieting, talking about dieting, you name it. . .

It's a sign to you and it needs to be
a sign to these people.
If you are in a perpetual search for new friends,
always looking meet some new possible mates.

If I was ever going to write or teach anything, it would be about this outlook that I have been blessed with.  Yes, Blessed with. Thank God, Creator, Universe for this experience.  Everyday offer that thou self to God and everyday that follows do the same as the day before.
Be grateful for all experiences. This flesh is only temporary.  The lessons that are revealed are the lessons that the soul eternal needs to grow on.  Trust and have faith in the nature of things, that everything will be revealed at a later time. Remember not to be so egocentric (Learn the truest meaning of that word; ego) to believe that the encounters that you have with people are all for you . . .sometimes you are only in the "right" place for anothers' benefit. Acknowledge the blessing you have received to be used by the Divine.
Be humble or you will be. . .(the hard way). 
Be grateful, knowing that life is for the living, so live and see your reflection in others.  They are beacons as we walk through this life in the dark with a wet candle and a book of matches.

Be full of service everyday, because a life spent in overt service to ones' self, is a life to be repeated.
Be strong like Gail Force Winds, but remember the more important the task the higher the level of responsibility. . .the more weighty the blunders. . .ergo the need to remain humble.
Avoid pedestals, the air is thin. . . .cakes and people don't rise well in thin air.
Also, misery and negativity thrive on your failure, but you have the power to teach those who are ready. . .The only true failure is true cowardice and cruelty in passing judgement, EVERYTHING YOU JUDGE YOU WILL LIVE.

FAITH IS TRUST AND TRUST COMES FROM THE TRUE ACCEPTENCE of the Nature of your existence.

Experience and Learn.

Whatever is your occupation  - if it earns you wages - do your best everyday. If you don't  enjoy your occupation acknowledge it's strengths and move on to something that you believe in.

Try to remember what was important to you when you were a child, that's where you left your WISDOM.
If you have forgotten that child, look for it in the children in your life, if you don't have any children in your life, that should be a sign to you, GET SOME, but don't damage them.
THE CHILDREN WILL SHOW YOU WHAT YOU NEED TO SEE.

Are shallow people the last to know they are shallow?
Of course, they are. Knowing self would require introspection and
shallow people don't have time for such endeavors because
they don't see anything when they look inside. They are much too busy
meeting new people because all of the people that have already met them
know that they are not really significant people to know outside of festivities.


How the empty package shines.
Sometimes, the more there is to a person
the less you see on the outside.
Does that mean that beauty can't be deep?
Not at all. . .
It just means that Baubles are Baubles
